Refund policy

Courses: refund available within 48 hours of purchase only if less than 15–20% of course content has been accessed (tracked via platform progress data). Once that access threshold is crossed, or 48 hours has passed, the sale is final.

Live workshops and all Personalized/VIP services are final sale from the time of purchase (no refund window).

Course access

Lifetime access, full unlock on purchase (no drip-release or cohort gating).

Payment plans

Courses can be paid in full, in 2 payments (50% now, 50% at day 30) or in 3 monthly payments. Remaining installments are charged automatically to the payment method used at checkout.

Subscriptions

Workout-only subscriptions and ongoing coaching renew automatically each billing period until cancelled from your account.

Founding pricing

Founding pricing holds for the first 6 months after each program’s own launch date. After that window closes, founding pricing is permanently retired for that program, and any discount code issued afterward applies against the mature price.

Loyalty discount

Any customer who has purchased a course or subscription receives 30% off their next course and 25% off their next subscription. It never expires and applies automatically when you are logged in to your account.
